You’ll love working with Ekin because, while she is incredibly talented, she leads first with her heart and raises the level of everyone’s performance by fostering an environment where they can be the best versions of themselves. Ekin embodies the best things about live theater, a commitment to strong and truthful storytelling, unwavering determination and dedication to her craft, and a true understanding of building a community within an ensemble. BIO
Hi! I'm Ekin and I'm an 8th grader. I love to sing and perform in musical theatre productions and I've been doing it since I was 4 years old! I live in Massachusetts and my dream role is Lydia Deetz in Beetlejuice the Musical. Some of my favorite roles I've played are Janis Sarkisian in Mean Girls: The Musical, Annabeth Chase in The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, and Patty Simcox in Grease! The Musical. I hope to move to New York City someday and go on Broadway.
Special thanks to my whole family for supporting me since the first day, My Mom and my Dad for driving me to SOOOO many rehearsals, Ms. Brown and Ms. Kalivas for being my mentors and giving me so many opportunities throughout Middle School, and my very closest friends for always believing in me.
